Privacy policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

This policy explains what information Re-Elevate Home Builders LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers our website at reelevatehome.com and the ways you contact us by phone, email, text message or our quote form.

Re-Elevate Home Builders LLC is a Florida company and a State Certified General Contractor, license CGC1536987. Our office is at 3912 N 29th Ave, Hollywood, FL 33020.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you ask for a quote, call, email or text us, you may give us:

  • your name
  • your phone number
  • your email address
  • your home or project address, if you give it to us
  • details about your home and the work you want done
  • anything else you choose to write in a message

The quote form asks for your name, phone number and the service you need. Email and project details are optional.

Information recorded when you send the quote form. To keep a record of your request and of what you agreed to, we record the date and time you sent it, the page you sent it from, which boxes you ticked and the exact wording next to each box.

Information recorded automatically. Like most websites, our hosting company automatically keeps basic technical records, such as IP address, browser type, the pages visited and the time of the visit. These records are used to keep the website running and to protect it from attacks.

What we do not use. Our website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools or social media plugins. If we ever add any of these, we will update this policy first.

If you become a customer. We keep the records needed to do the job, such as your contract, invoices, payments, permits, inspection records and photos of the work.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • answer your questions and prepare your quote
  • schedule, carry out and follow up on your project
  • send you text messages and calls, only if you agreed to them (see section 4)
  • help you apply for financing, only if you ask us to (see section 3)
  • pull permits and arrange inspections
  • keep our website working and secure, and block spam
  • keep business, tax and warranty records
  • meet our legal duties and protect our legal rights

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

We share it only with the people and companies below, and only as much as they need:

  • Our website host, Vercel Inc. Vercel runs our website and keeps the technical records described in section 1.
  • Our form-processing service, Web3Forms. When you send the quote form, your browser sends it straight to Web3Forms, which emails your request to our business inbox. Because it receives the form directly, Web3Forms also sees basic technical details, such as your IP address. It keeps a copy of each request for a limited time under its own policies.
  • Our business email provider, Google (Google Workspace). Your quote request and our emails with you are stored in our business email account.
  • Our text message provider. If we text you, a texting service delivers the messages for us.
  • Financing companies, when you ask about financing. If you ask to pay through a financing company, we share the details needed to start your request with the financing company you choose. This can include your name, contact details, home address, the work to be done and its price. The financing company (and the bank that makes the loan) decides whether to approve you. We do not make credit decisions. The financing company may tell us whether your request was approved, the approved amount and the status of your payments to us. Their own privacy policy applies to the information you give them. We use what they tell us only to handle your project and our payment.
  • Building departments and inspectors. Permits usually need the property address and owner name. Permit records are often public.
  • When the law requires it. We may share information if a law, court order or government agency requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
  • If the business changes hands. If our company is sold or merged, customer records may move to the new owner, who must follow this policy.

These companies have their own privacy policies: Vercel, Web3Forms and Google.

4. Text messages and calls

We only send marketing texts or make automated calls if you agree to them, for example by ticking an optional text message box on our quote form. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything from us.

  • We use your mobile number only to contact you about your request, your project and our services.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text message consent with anyone for their own marketing. The only companies that see it are the ones that help us send messages.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also call or email us to stop.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

5. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it:

  • Quote requests that do not become a job: only as long as we need them to answer and follow up on your request, then we delete them.
  • Customer and job records: for as long as needed to serve you and meet tax, permit, warranty and legal duties, then we delete them.
  • Records of text and call consent and opt-outs: at least 5 years after our last message to you, so we can show that we followed the rules.
  • Website technical records: kept by our host for a short time under its own policies.
  • Copies kept by our form service: Web3Forms keeps a copy of each quote request for a limited time under its own policies, then deletes it.

If the law or a legal claim requires us to keep something longer, we will keep it only for that purpose.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we have about you
  • correct information that is wrong
  • delete your information, unless we must keep it by law (for example, tax records for a finished job)
  • stop sending you texts, calls or emails about offers

To ask, email info@reelevatehome.com or call 1-888-347-1892 or (954) 827-1435. We will answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we share or delete anything. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Florida residents. Florida’s privacy law for consumers (the Florida Digital Bill of Rights) applies only to very large companies, and it does not apply to us. We still give every customer the choices listed above.

California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act does not apply to us, because we are a small Florida business. We follow California’s website privacy law (CalOPPA) by posting this policy, explaining Do Not Track below, and dating every change.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal. Our website does not track you across other websites, and it does not change how it works when your browser sends one of these signals. Because we do not use tracking tools, there is nothing for the signal to turn off.

8. How we protect your information

Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. We limit who can see customer information and we choose service providers that protect data. No system is perfectly secure. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as Florida law requires.

9. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites, such as the Florida license lookup page or a financing company’s page. We are not responsible for how those sites handle information. Please read their privacy policies.

10. Children

Our services are for adults. Our website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use information we already have, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
